Equity & Impact Consulting is a justice-focused education and training company dedicated to advancing access, inclusion, and equity for Deaf and marginalized communities. Rooted in Deaf culture and intersectionality, we believe that meaningful change happens when people understand lived experiences, challenge systemic barriers, and learn how to create environments where everyone can fully participate.

We provide culturally responsive training for both individuals and organizations on Deaf access, ADA compliance, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and equitable workplace and community practices. Our approach extends beyond surface-level awareness by providing practical tools, real-world context, and strategies that foster lasting change.
